Through our communities, we want to bring together corporate, universities and the local investor community, thus spreading our footprints far and wide. |
How do our chapters work?Each of our city chapters has Team Managers / Leaders who are in charge. We meet with our Team Managers twice a month (over a phone conference) to brainstorm new ideas, discuss success stories and moreover bring to the table any roadblocks. |

Every Team Manager has complete freedom of choosing his team and executing programs as per his/her vision. All teams are loosely tied together with the following goals: 1. Form partnerships with social organizations at a local level
2. Attend events/seminars related to microfinance/NGO's in their cities 3. Spread awareness within university campuses, corporate and social communities, friends and families. |

What do we expect from you? How can you help us?We have a few expectations from our Team Managers and love people who take initiative, devote time to 30df.org (30 mins a day), and are hungry to perform as social entrepreneurs. If you join our team, you are expected to:
1. Attend our bi-monthly team meetings and keep us updated on whats happening in your city chapter. If you cannot attend for any reason, an email will do the job!!
2. Take up initiative on contacting university, social and corporate organizations to establish partnerships. 3. Recruit and motivate team members. 4. Bring new ideas to the table and help us executing them. We are not afraid of experimentation. |
