Each of our city chapters has Team Managers / Leaders who are in charge. We meet with our Team Managers twice a month (over a phone conference) to brainstorm new ideas, discuss success stories and moreover bring to the table any roadblocks. |

Every Team Manager has complete freedom of choosing his team and executing programs as per his/her vision. All teams are loosely tied together with the following goals: 1. Form partnerships with social organizations at a local level
2. Attend events/seminars related to microfinance/NGO's in their cities 3. Spread awareness within university campuses, corporate and social communities, friends and families. |
